Merywen pod

SIPs Wales work with MW Makers to supply and erect the SIPs structure for their pod and micro home range. The Merywen is the most versatile of their range. It is a contemporary design that can be used as a home office, a spare room or as a holiday accommodation. Standard width of 2.4m and a variety of lengths.

The walls are made form our 119mm SIPs panels with the roof from 144mm SIPs panel ensuring a warm environment inside at any time of the year with minimal heating required. The pods use jack pad foundations which require limited groundworks with a suspended insulted timber floor. The SIPS frame is erected within 1-2 days depending on size.
