Onnen pod

SIPs Wales work with MW Makers to supply and erect the SIPs structure for their pod and micro home range. The onnen is a mono pitch garden room which can be erected without the need for planning permission under permitted development rights and is ideal for an office, studio or guest room.

The walls are made form our 119mm SIPs panels with the roof from 144mm SIPs panel ensuring a warm environment inside at any time of the year with minimal heating required. The pods use jack pad foundations which require limited groundworks with a suspended insulted timber floor. The SIPS frame is erected within 1-2 days depending on size.
